Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective.

  • The product is significantly different from its description.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.

  • Be returned with the original packaging, tags, and accessories (if applicable).

  • Include proof of purchase or your order number.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, or customization reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they are damaged or incorrect:

  • Underwear and intimate apparel

  • Customized or personalized products

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved:

  • Processing usually takes 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Clear photos of the item

  • A brief description of the issue

We will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs where applicable.

  • For all other approved returns, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping costs.
